Finally two weeks ago I found some time to organize an exploration dive on south of Susak Island (36 nautical miles from Krnica) to explore one fisherman point that indicates it should be a large wreck.
War arrived on site at 6 am. It was a perfect sunny day with almost no wind.
First we checked one indication closed to Premuda Island. We had a response on sonar but looks rather small. An hour later we sonaring second indication point. Oliver immediately arrived on a wreck. After 10 minutes of sonaring we shoot the line.Bottom is 65 meters.
Firs team to dive was Roby and Luca. They plan for ma 45 minutes Bt and a total of 150 minutes runtime.
After they surfaced I could see happiness in their eyes:) A huuuuuge wreck is laying down there, they said and start to explain that is turned upside-down, all in one piece with a large hole on the right side of the wreck, a lot of big fish and strangely no fisherman nets around.
Since the shot line was close to were is the big hole, the second team decide to do a small penetration inside the wreck. After a small fight with a current on the surface Edmund, Rytis and me finally descend to the wreck. A minute later we were already inside. The first impression was that this thing is really huuuuuugeeeeeee. We entered in one of the cargo holds. 30 minutes of BT runs out preaty quick.
