Shallow water on Ubac is one of the most popular diving, before all, for its interesting morphology of the sea bottom and the animal world. The very shallow spot is turned east, so that the best diving time is in the morning hours. We start the diving on the northern side of the shallow spot. We dived to the depth of 5 metres, checked our equipment and went on. We are descending along the rim of the shallow spot eastwards. A wall opens up below us. The bottom is on 28 metres. We turn right and dive southwards. We enter the overhang at 14 metres continuing to the wall, and then to a little cave. After 30 minutes of diving, we turn and return under the ship where we dive out. The specialty of the shallow spot is the variety of sea life, sheepshead bream, two-banded breams, surmullets, corbinas, lobsters…and the always-clear sea.
