Diving centre "Krnica Dive" is situated on the eastern coast of Istria, in the little place called Krnicki Porat, 25 km from Pula. "Where is that? Why there," you ask yourself!
Krnica, or Carnitia is situated at the 195 metre above sea height, within the municipality of Marcana. The place was founded by the refuges from Dalmatia who named it Sveta Marija Krnicka (Saint Mary from Krnica), and then Krnica. The Port of Krnica (Porat) is its "coastal" extension.
MS Argo sunken at the end of the 2nd WW in Kvarner bay. Most of the wreck is still unexplored. We are planning to connect the two half’s with a line, do some drawings of the wreck and clean a bit from the nets. One of the teams will search the sea bed around the wreck. In these days visibility is excellent, hopefully the weather forecast will be excellent too. Join us for some exploration.
